Brake washer for efficient cleaning of vehicle brake parts

The B23 Stainless makes cleaning of brakes and clutch parts fast and easy. Other parts can be cleaned in the tray as well. Cleaning takes place with the help of hot water and detergent under low pressure. In this way harmful dust, oil, grease and dirt are bound and removed in one operation. The B23 Stainless is filled with water and detergent. Connection to a 230 volt power supply enables the built-in heating element to heat the water to the temperature required (15°C - 85°C). Compressed air is pumped into the tank until a pressure of 6 bar is reached. The B23 Stainless can then be moved freely in the workshop – independently of water and power supplies. One filling of compressed air and detergent is sufficient for 10-20 cleaning jobs. Water pressure is continuosly variable meaning that it is adjustable for every cleaning task. The tray can be turned horizontally and the height adjusted from 460 to 1190 mm above floor level. This means that the brake washer is suitable for lorries as well as cars.
